Processing Your Order

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are carefully processed and shipped the same day.

Shipping Costs

The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Luxembourg and Monaco

Orders of €40 or more: Free shipping

Orders under €40: €3.95 shipping fee

Other EU Countries

Orders of €100 or more: Free shipping

Orders under €100: €9.95 shipping fee

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed during checkout.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Luxembourg and Monaco is generally 1 to 2 business days.

For other EU countries, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier.

Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to easily follow your shipment until delivery.
