Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, saleable condition

• A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery via info@mon-chemin.com

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected

Items returned without prior approval by email will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of use or tampering.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.

Refunds
