Are your products safe to use?

Our products are carefully developed and produced in accordance with the highest European safety standards and cosmetic regulations (EU Regulation 1223/2009). We ensure quality, safety and integrity in every step.

Because everyone’s skin and situation is unique, we recommend the following precautions:

Orders & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 16:00 CET ship the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes one to two working days, depending on your location and the courier service.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. We strive to dispatch all orders promptly, but please allow extra time for international shipments.

You will always receive a track-and-trace code so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

All our products are developed and manufactured in the Netherlands in accordance with the strict safety and quality regulations of the European Union (EU Regulation 1223/2009), primarily for the European market.

Orders from outside the European Union may be possible, but customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import, customs, and cosmetic regulations. For further details, please refer to Article 2a of our Terms of Service.

We recommend checking with your local authorities to confirm whether importing EU cosmetic products for personal use is permitted in your country.
